For us, the new year brings change and an important step into the future: Laura takes over the management from her father Stefan and shares in Winter GmbH at the turn of the year.

Laura starts her new role as Managing Director with a fresh outlook and clear vision. Stefan is actively supporting the transition and is still available for his customers three days a week as a senior consultant.

Together, we combine experience with new ideas and look forward to a successful year.
